Hotel Capannelle Roma

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The hotel was so good with a huge suite at a very affordable price. Despite only staying for one night, we were impressed by the great facilities, including a pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. We didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the prices for food looked reasonable. Another bonus was the secure free parking on site, which we didn't need to pre-arrange. The location was also convenient, with a short distance to the international airport and easy transportation to the city center.

We were really surprised by the helpful staff at Capannelle. One night, we wanted to order some pizza to enjoy in our room. when we called the restaurant, we were informed that they were out of pizza dough. Disappointed, we mentioned this to the front desk, and they were very good too help us. They actually made a special arrangement for a delivery from a nearby pizzeria so that we could have our pizza! We were thrilled with their willingness to find a solution and make our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel.
